Terms and Conditions

• €130 per night

• Maximum number of guests: 5

• The apartment is available from 3:00 PM onwards, but you can park your car, store your luggage, check in, and collect the keys anytime before or after.

• Check-out is by 10:30 AM, but you can leave your luggage until 3:00 PM and park your car all day to go downtown.

• Cancellation is free within 5 days of check-in.

• The deposit is due 4-5 days before check-in via bank transfer or credit card (prepaid cards are also acceptable) left as a guarantee.

• The tourist tax is due upon check-in.

• A small fee is charged for LINEN and TOWELS:

  €3 per person for bed linen;

  €1.50 per face towel;

  3 euros per bath towel

  1 euro per bidet towel
