Terms and Conditions

• €130 at night

• Maximum number of guests: 5

• The apartment is available at 3:00 PM or before, but you can park your car, store your luggage/bicycles, check-in, and collect the keys anytime earlier or after.

• Check-out is by 10:30 AM, but you can leave your luggage/bicycles until 3:00 PM and park your car all day to go downtown.

• Cancellation is free within 5 days of check-in.

• A partial account is due 4-5 days before check-in via bank transfer or credit card (prepaid cards are also fine) left as a guarantee.

• The tourist tax is due upon check-in.

• A small fee is charged for LINEN and TOWELS:

  €3 per person for bed linen;

  €1.50 per face towel;

  3 euros per bath towel

  1 euro per bidet towel

• A large free parking space is guaranteed for each stay; additional parking spaces cost €10 per night.
